The other layers include a soft cake layer of chocolate devil, milk chocolate mousse cake and nugartine and white chocolate mousse. The entire cake itself is covered with yummy milk chocolate ganache. This rich chocolaty sensation is a cruel sweet-toothed delight that will melt in your mouth and a creation by Chef Pradeep Fonseka. The Coffee Shop is heating up the party mood with an exceptional extravagant anniversary countdown dinner buffet commencing 7 to 30 September, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. This lavish anniversary dinner is ideal to enjoy with friends and family. The California Grill will roll out an elegant dining experience where a choice of its signature dishes will be offered from 7 to 30 September. Commenting on this delightful dining experience, Sous Chef Anushan Perera said: “We will serve up our most popular dishes which have become synonymous with the California Grill. These include our popular seafood dishes and stakes. Also in store is a mouthwatering range of desserts which include our raspberry cheesecake and walnut batter fried lychee and much more.”
