This month Casa presents a universally loved crustacean, with sweet and succulent meat, guaranteed to satisfy any seafood lovers craving.
Starting from 25 October Casa Colombo will be serving juicy crabs fresh from the ocean, carefully selected and pampered by the head chef. The 10 day crab extravaganza will feature five of chef’s specialty dishes and five types of beverages to choose from.
The dishes will reflect the fusion cuisine of Casa Colombo’s main restaurant so that the diners can experience crab in five completely different flavors, textures and presentations. If you are a crab lover, whether you are in the mood to get your hands dirty with a spicy bowl of crab curry or you just want to pick out chunks of succulent crab meat from a baked crab, this is the place to be.
The chef has carefully chosen five of his best dishes for the feast: rich and creamy crab bisque served with garlic bread and Pandan leaf wrapped steamed Thai crab cakes served with red chili salsa, Avocado and tomato crab cocktail, spicy crab curry served with mango chutney and garlic rice, crab fettuccine with green chili parmesan cream sauce and black olives, alaska sea crab baked crab served with cherry tomato.
The beverages on offer are soft drinks, glass of red or white wine, Sol Beer and Crab House punch cocktail. Diners can have any one of the above dishes and a drink for an unbelievable price of Rs.950+++.
