The Dining Room at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo, has been taking diners on a gastronomical journey around the world with its themed dinner buffets each month. Starting on 12 September and continuing until 21 September, The Dining Room will be laying out an exceptional selection of authentic Italian cuisine. A special guest chef will be flown in from Italy exclusively for the event and will be preparing popular Italian dishes using the choicest and most authentic ingredients. Antipasti, which means “before the meal” is the traditional first course of an Italian meal. The dinner buffet at The Dining room will thus include a delectable array of antipasti, including fresh calamari salad and bruschetta.
