HSBC cardholders enjoy 25% savings during the promotion
Hilton Colombo Resi-dences announces its next culinary promotion ‘Vietyumm’, a Vietnamese food promotions with Chef Tuan from Hilton Hanoi Opera, Vietnam. The promotion will commence on 22 May until 31 May 2014 and will be open for dinner from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. A buffet will be offered from Thursday until Saturday, in conjunction with a 25% savings on total bill with HSBC credit cards. An A La Carte menu will be made available daily.
The promotion will be held at the poolside restaurant, Verandah Bistro; the restaurant has been revamped with new interior, and boasts of both indoor and alfresco dining options.
Chef Hoang Anh Tuan joined Hilton Hanoi Opera in 2004 and has been the head chef of its signature Vietnamese restaurant since, specialising in this cuisine. Prior to this, he gained much experience working in five-star hotels and has represented his country many times for food promotions.
“Vietnamese food is very intriguing because of its unique flavours and texture; Chef Tuan along with the culinary team of HCR will create dishes offering authentic dining experience in Colombo,” said executive chef Priyal Wijesuriya. He further commented that by hosting international promotions, HCR continues to establish itself as a destination that offers quality and authenticity.
The hotel will launch the second phase of its development for dining outlets this month, with a contemporary bar & lounge.
The buffet will be priced at Rs. 3,100 nett per person; children between the ages of 6 and 12 will dine for half the rate and children below 6 years dine for free.
