MLH features best-ever tapas from Latin America

MLH introduces a contemporary fusion of the vibrant Spanish tradition of tapas and serving small plates with the best ingredients with influences from Latin America.

Chef Kumara with his forte lying in South American cuisine will introduce the most delectable dishes. Along with the delectables, a menu of thirst quenchers is on the cards.



Beer pitchers, half off all tequila, bottles of wine and carafes of sangria, mojito markdown, happy hours 4:30-7pm, Bloody Marys, mimosas and all weekly drink specials are some of the exciting offers that are underway from 19 to 24 March at the Governors Terrace.

The food menu will consist of:

Yellow fin tuna; seared rare with sundried tomato and romesco sauce; Indian Ocean kingfish ceviche; citrus, green chillie, lime, olive oil; gambas al ajillo; garlic, chillie flake and extra virgin olive oil tossed and prawns; flash grilled octopus; thyme infused olive oil, garlic confit, blistered cherry tomato; chicken flautas; shredded chicken stuffed mini tortilla rolls; seared beef; crushed pepper coated with grape chutney; double cooked pork belly; creamy black eyed beans, cilantro and salsa roja; vegetable burrito; flour tortilla wrapped fire grilled vegetables with tomato salsa; patatas bravas; golden fried potato with spicy paprika aioli; plátanos fritos; and jalapeno, garlic and salsa verde drizzle.
