The Bayleaf restaurant offers special monthly promotions and this year has been presenting cuisine from varied regions of Italy. The June monthly promotion offers dishes from Apulia region. The plains and gentle hills of Apulia provide produce of wine grapes and olives. Lamb, pork, beef and poultry, supplement these to give a wide selection of meats to choose from and the location in between the two seas ensures a steady supply of seafood for Apulian cooking. The Bayleaf menu offers bombette di maiale, thinly sliced medallions of pork filet with cheese and ham, tagliatelle al sedano, home made fresh pasta with chicken, bacon, onions with celery sauce, polo brasato con finocchio, olive e scalogni, slow-cooked chicken with fennel, olives, scallions and jalapeno peppers, pesce al cartoccio, oven baked red mullet with shrimp, black olive, tomato, calamari, parsley in white wine, wrapped in foil. The meal can be complemented with a choice of fine wines and beverages and a wide selection of authentic Italian desserts. For a pre-dinner drink the Retro bar offers a selection of mocktails and cocktails.
