Hilton Colombo’s all day dining restaurant Spices with its new location is ready with a gastronomic buffet line up during dinner. The dinner buffets offer a gastronomic combination of flavours from ‘International’ Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays to ‘Thai’ Tuesdays, ‘Mediterranean’ Wednesdays, ‘Indian’ Fridays and ‘Chinese’ Saturdays!
Each themed buffet will feature authentic cuisine from fresh salads to soup and an array of hot food items without forgetting the sinful display of desserts. Executive Chef Daniel Leah together with the kitchen brigade will ensure the diners enjoy fresh cuisine prepared a la minute each day. “Make everyday a feast and take your palate on a vacation,” says Marketing Communications Manager Gigi De Silva.
The Spices restaurant is located at lobby level overlooking a landscaped garden; features a private dining room that can accommodate up to 14 diners whilst the rest of the restaurant can seat 105.
The restaurant has also introduced an afternoon High Tea Buffet on Thursdays and Saturdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The famous ‘Tittle Tattle’ fashion show will also commence from 12 February every Thursday from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The High Tea Platter will continue to be served daily at the Thorana Lounge.
