The award winning Head Chef of Long Feng Qiu Zhi Qiang, more popularly known as Chef Jason brings together a Xi Hu Beef soup laced with Chinese wine. Rich in flavour, the Chinese wine represents a true authenticity to this dish. A key ingredient in Chinese cooking, the wine compliments the slow cooking of the beef creating a tender and succulent beef soup.
Long Feng’s rich deep fried garoupa with Shanghai style chilli gravy is a sensational mix of flavours that represents the true freshness of Cantonese food. Chef Jason’s creative flair is present throughout creating a set of delicious dishes garnered with subtle flavours to tickle your taste buds.
