With its vibrant colours the lobster dish prepared by Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s Master Chef Jason encases an array of authentic Cantonese flavours. Cantonese cooking is known for its use of a number of ingredients such as spring onion and ginger to enhance the flavour of many of its dishes.
