The Galadari Hotel will be offering a special High Tea on 27 October 2013, at the Lobby Bar from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.This sparkling sweet temptation will be shimmering in all its silver glory adding a special shine to the hotel’s ever popular High Tea.
The glittering sweet indulgences on offer include a gamut of white and silver dessert choices. These include white wedding cake, white French macaroons, white chocolate mousse and lychee cream inspired creations etc.
“This white and silver enthused High Tea will also feature a white chocolate fountain where you can dip marshmallows. We will also include a tempting collection of white cakes,” said Pastry Chef Pradeep Fonseka.
Decorated in white and silver, with theme inspired carvings and garnishes this High Tea will definitely be a dazzling success.
