Special lunch set menu at Royal Thai

Cinnamon Lakeside’s Royal Thai restaurant has introduced a special set menu for lunch. The offer includes starters, soups, mains and desserts from the restaurant’s a la carte menu, featuring over 100 dishes. The set menu includes an appetizer or soup, three main course which includes two non-vegetarian and one vegetarian option along with rice or noodles, and a dessert.

This value for money deal is priced at just Rs.1,955 nett per person.6

From the appetizers are of Gai satay (Thai chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce), Laab Gai Neung (steamed spicy chicken balls with tamarind chilli sauce), Thod Mun Pla (fried fish cake with chilli cucumber sauce), Thod Mun Ga Praw Goong (hot basil prawn cake with cucumber pickles); while from the soup selection there are both vegetarian like Tom Kha Hed (mushroom coconut milk soup with Thai herbs) and non-vegetarian options to enjoy such as Tom Yum Goong (spicy prawn soup with Thai herbs).

From the mains, there’s plenty to choose from. The selection includes egg, prawn, cuttlefish, crab, whole and filled fish, pork, chicken, duck and beef dishes. Signature dishes from each includes khaijiewgoong rue poo (prawn or crab meat omelette), goongphad tom yum hang (hot and sour prawns in Thai herbs), plamuekphadprikphao (cuttlefish in spicy chilli paste), poo phad sauce ma khaam (wok fired crab spic tamarind), plagaothodraad sauce saam rod (spicy pineapple with fried garoupa), plagaphongphad sauce ma khaam (snapper in tamarind sauce), moo phadprikphao (pork chilli paste), gaiphadkiewwaan (stir fried green chilli paste chicken), pedphad med ma muang him ma pharn (wok fried duck with cashew nut), and nueaphadnaammunhoiy (beef in oyster sauce) respectively.

Staples, rice or noodles can also be picked from the a la carte menu. Guests can try out the popular kaophad prikgaenggainuea, mao rue goong (red chilli fried rice with chicken, beef, pork or prawn) or the traditional phad Thai with mixed meat.
