Thali is an Indian and Nepalese meal made up of a selection of various dishes. The idea behind a thali is to offer all the six different flavours of sweet, salt, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy on one single plate. According to Indian food serving customs, a proper meal should be a perfect balance of all these six flavours.
Vegetarian, meat and seafood thali perfected by Chef Bhumi Chauhan and Chef Lekhpal Singh using aged old recipes and the most authentic ingredients will be on offer daily from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Navratna during lunch.
Experience the authentic flavours of seafood thali with the best of meen moilee, jhinga masala, saag butta, dal navratna, sada chawal, lasooni jhinga, naan, gajar halwa and dahi while the vegetarian thali will include paneer makhini, baingan bharta, mushroom, dal navratna, sada chawal, dahi kebab, naan and gajar halwa. Eaichi gosht, gosht rogunjosh, aloo jeera and many more will be offered to guests in meat thali at Navratna.
