Two Turkish Chefs at the Grand for food promotion

Cinnamon Grand’s Turkish Food Promotion, scheduled to be held from 24 October to 03 November offers you the most authentic tastes of Turkey, complete with a traditional ambiance that provides for a grand experience. Turkish Chefs Hakan Atalay and Huseyin Ozdolambay are expected in Sri Lanka to ensure that the food promotion at the Grand will lay out the best Turkish spread ever on Lankan land. The promotion therefore promises food lovers a unique gastronomic experience of Turkish delicacies and gourmet creations, in a setting which kindles a quaint reminiscence of the mystical Mediterranean. A Turkish musician will also fly down so as to provide for authentic serenading and setting of the mood. The two Turkish Chefs plan on creating an indulgent and authentic buffet with an array of appetizers, salads, soups, mains, desserts and a variety of Turkish breads. The buffet will also host live action stations with lamb, beef, chicken, seafood and vegetable items. Huseyin Ozdolambay from Malatya, Turkey has a wealth of experience under his hat. Having previously worked as the Executive Sous Chef at the Torba Voyage Private Hotel in Bodrum, he had also been the Executive Kitchen Chef at the Ramada Plaza AltınKayısı Hotel. His portfolio further includes experience at the Q Premium Hotel, Kumköy Beach Resort, Notting Hill Rest, Istanbul, Kemer Resort Hoteland Magıc Life Belpark. Hakan Atalay from Antalya, Turkey specialises in open buffet, banquet and a’la Carte menu plans, with experience as Sous Chef in the Dionis Resort Hotel Bogazkent, as well as the Melas Lara Hotel. He has also worked in Hotels Delphin Palace, RixosBeldibi, Catamaran Resort and Magıc Lıfe Belpark. The intention of bringing down two Turkish Chefs for the event is to ensure that the food promotion is one which brings you a true flavour of the Mediterranean with high quality ingredients, authentic atmosphere and culinary expertise which boast the best of Turkish cuisines infused with traditional influences.
