27 parties join ‘Samagi Bala Sandhanaya’ to support Sajith

Twenty seven political parties entered into a Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) yesterday with the ‘Samagi Bala Sandhanaya’ to support Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa in the next month’s Presidential Election.

The MOUs were signed by 27 parties including the United People’s Party, the Democratic People’s Congress, and the National Front which are representing the Human Peoples’ Alliance.

Separately the United Left Front led by President’s Counsel Jayampathy Wickramaratne has also decided to support for Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming election.
