900-member cruise liner Azamara Quest calls in Sri Lanka

Cruise liner Azamara Quest carrying 480 passengers and 400 crew arrived at Colombo Port on Saturday.

Most of the tourists who arrived were European nationals and this ship also called at Hambantota International Port on Sunday.

This ship arrived at Colombo Port from Cochin Port in India and is scheduled to sail to Indonesia after Sri Lanka. This ship, registered under the flag of Malta, is 181 meters long and 25 meters wide.

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation said that two more cruise ships are scheduled to dock at the Colombo Port on 18 and 23 December.
