Ambeon to sell 50.1% stake in Dankotuwa Porcelain for Rs. 2.3 b

Ambeon Holdings PLC yesterday announced plans to sell 50.1% stake in Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC for Rs. 2.3 billion.

Its subsidiary Ambeon Capital has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement on 15 June 2023 in this connection with Ceyline Investments Ltd., a company that is engaged in business as an investment holding company.

Ambeon said the transaction is subject to completion of conditions precedents identified in the said Share Sale and Purchase Agreement.
