Browns buys warehouse operator for Rs. 1.5 b

Brown and Company has bought over Isin Lanka for Rs. 1.5 billion.

It is said, Isin Lanka will facilitate the warehouse operations of Browns Group and will improve Brown and Company and subsidiaries’ operational efficiency, increasing their manufacturing and warehousing capacity.

Isin Lanka produces premium quality textile spun yarn, both cotton and synthetic, for high-end textile market.
