Business leader Hanif Yusoof appointed Western Province Governor

President Dissanayake presents the letter of appointment to Yusoof  

Business leader and co-founder of Sri Lanka’s multinational logistics giant Expolanka Holdings PLC Hanif Yusoof has been appointed as the Governor of the Western Province by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

Yusoof  was among new Governors to be sworn-in yesterday. Others were Sarath Bandara Samarasinghe Abayakon (Central Province), Bandula Harischandra (Southern Province), Tissa Kumarasiri Varnasuriya (North West Province), Wasantha Kumara Wimalasiri (North Central Province), Nagalingam Chetanayahan (Northern Province), Jayantha Lal Ratnasekara (Eastern Province), Champa Janaki Rajaratne (Sabaragamuwa Province) and Kapila Jayasekara (Uva Province).
