CBSL releases inaugural Annual Economic Review and Financial Statements

The inaugural publication under Section 80 of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Act, No. 16 of 2023 (CBA), namely, the Annual Economic Review 2023, and the inaugural publication under Section 99 of the CBA, namely, Financial Statements and Operations of the Central Bank 2023, were presented to President Ranil Wickremesinghe by Governor Dr. P. Nandalal Weerasinghe yesterday. Treasury Secretary K. M. M. Siriwardana, CBSL Senior Deputy Governor T. M. J. Y. P. Fernando, Deputy Governor K. M. A. N. Daulagala, Assistant Governor Dr. C. Amarasekara, Director Economic Research Dr. S. Jegajeevan, additional Director Dr. L. R. C. Pathberiya and Director – Policy Review and Monitoring W. L. S. W. Jayasundera are also present.
