CSE approves first SME listing on Empower Board

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved the first listing in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)-specific ‘Empower Board’ endorsed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Daily FT learns the company approved is Chrissworld Ltd., which specialises in third-party logistics (3PL), comprehensive warehouse management and storage solutions.

Atarah Capital Partners is the Managers to the Issue of the upcoming historic IPO and the prospectus is likely to be out next week.
