The presentation of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution Bill to Cabinet was delayed once again with Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakse having to put it off after some parties sought clarifications on the contents of the Bill.

This is the third week there has been a delay in presenting the Bill to the Cabinet.

An all-party leaders meeting is scheduled for tomorrow where the draft is to be discussed once again, Daily FT  learns.

The Justice Minister is expected to present the Bill to Cabinet next Monday.
