Labour Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva yesterday said the Cabinet of Ministers will take a collective decision today to manage the foreign exchange crisis.
“We either have to go to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or obtain credit facilities from friendly nations, such as China, India, and the Middle East,” he told journalists yesterday.
