Cargills Bank Ltd. has announced a Rs. 500 million Initial Public Offering subscription to which is possible from tomorrow.
The IPO’s official opening is 14 December.
Cargills Bank will offer 62.5 million ordinary voting shares at Rs. 8 per share.
The joint managers and financial advisors to the IPO are CT CLSA Capital Ltd. and NDB Investment Bank Ltd. The prospectus will be available to invest in public from 29 November.
