Court dismisses plaint against Asia Capital

Asia Capital PLC said yesterday its Board has received information that the private plaint filed by a third party seeking to incriminate the Company, its Directors and past employees has been rejected by the Magistrates’ Court.

The Company via a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange was responding to reports of private plant alleging fraud and other criminal actions to have taken place over eight years ago.
