Court of Appeal issues notices to NTB Directors over parate action

The Court of Appeal yesterday issued notices on the entire Board of Directors of Nations Trust Bank Plc concerning the parate execution over a Rs. 300 million property under dispute.

Having been satisfied of the application the Court issued notice on all the Directors of NTB with regard to the alleged illegal parate action taken over a property which was advertised for public auction recently following default.

The petitioner has challenged the causes for the Bank’s action and the matter will be further heard next month.
