Damro draws top names to its Board

Damro Holdings Ltd., yesterday announced the appointment of top professionals to its Board of Directors as it makes a fresh thrust to expand export business.

The new Chairman and Independent Director is former banker Anil Amarasuriya and the two new Board members are former Commercial Bank Managing Director S. Rengnathan and former Managing Partner of KPMG Sri Lanka and Past Chairman of KPMG Middle East and South Asia Reyaz Maihular. The rest of the Board comprises Damro Group Founder and Managing Director Damitha Ramanayake, Lahiru Ramanayake, Nalaka Gunathilake and Arosha Asanga.
