Development Control Regulations of Colombo Port City completed

Marking a key milestone, the Development Control Regulations of the Colombo Port City Project have been compiled and 

ceremoniously handed over on Tuesday.  The regulations were developed in a collaborative effort spearheaded by the Megapolis and Western Development Ministry, and involved the Urban Development Authority as well as world renowned specialist firms Surbana Jurong Group and Atkins Acuity. Development. The regulations will benefit all stakeholders, including the Government, master developer China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC), investors and professional firms.  Here, Megapolis and Western Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka applauds the launch of the Development Control Regulations.
