The experts’ report based on the 12 samples collected from Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) countrywide is expected to be handed over to the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) today, Prof. Shantha Walpola of the University of Moratuwa said.
The report will include the experts’ opinion on the composition of the 12 samples of LPG.
Prof. Walpola also said that the preliminary measures to be taken linked to the incidents related to leakages from LPG has been submitted to the CAA.
The multiple incidents are related to gas leakages, fires and explosions led to the investigations.
