High net worth but low profile investor Dr. T. Senthilverl yesterday exited Asia Asset Finance PLC, divesting 10% stake for Rs. 223 million with buyer being Finco Holdings Ltd.
A block of 12.27 million shares was done via a crossing at Rs. 18.20 per share. Overall, 12.89 million Asia Asset Finance shares were traded for Rs. 347.8 million.
The share price of Asia Asset Finance gained Rs. 4 or 23.53% to Rs. 21.
The controlling shareholder of Asia Asset Finance is Muthoot Finance Ltd., with 72/92% voting stake.
