First Capital Treasuries to raise Rs. 3 b via debentures

First Capital Treasuries PLC is to raise Rs. 3 billion via a listed debenture issue.

It will issue 10 million debentures constituted of type A listed rated subordinated unsecured redeemable debentures 2025-2030 and type B listed rated subordinated unsecured redeemable debentures 2025-2030 and type C listed rated subordinated unsecured redeemable debentures 2025-2030, each of the par value of Rs. 100 each with an option to issue up to a further 10 million of the said debentures at the discretion of the company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial tranche and with a further option to issue up to a further 10 million of the said debentures at the discretion of the company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial issue and the second tranche, to raise up to a maximum of amount of Rs. 3 billion.

The official date of opening of the debenture issue is 21 April but it can be subscribed now on.
