First Romanian Ministerial visit to Colombo in 34 years

Romania’s Deputy Foreign Minister Traian Laurentiu Hristea arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday in the first of its kind visit in 34 years. He was accompanied by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director Diana Tase and Counsellor Bogdan Aldea. The delegation received a warm welcome at the Cinnamon Grand, Colombo as well as Romania’s Charge d’Affaires Victor Chiujdea
