Fuel subsidy for fishermen, fertiliser subsidy for tea growers

The Cabinet of Ministers yesterday at their meeting approved a subsidy of Rs. 25 for diesel and kerosene oil for the fishermen communities.  Additionally, approval has also been given for a fertiliser subsidy of Rs. 4,000 for tea growers. Both subsidies will come into effect from today (22).
