The nine Governors of Sri Lanka conferred yesterday and responded to a request of Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa by directing all Local Government Authorities to reduce electricity usage in public spaces by a minimum of 20%.
Furthermore, all government offices are being directed to do likewise.
