Govt. extends deadline for transaction advisors’ EOIs for select SOE sale

The Government has extended the deadline for submission of Expression of Interests (EOIs) for the select sale of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to 8 May 2023. 

The previous deadline was 27 April and the State Owned Enterprises Restructuring Unit said the extension was based on multiple requests received from potential consultants at the pre-bid meetings held on 10 and 11 April. 

The SOEs listed for sale are Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd., Canwill Holdings Ltd (Grand Hyatt Hotel Colombo), Hotel Developers Lanka Ltd., (Hilton Hotel Colombo), Litro Gas Lanka Ltd along with Litro Gas Terminals Ltd.
