Green Lanka and Mercantile Investments settle debt dispute amicably

Green Lanka Property Developer Ltd., Managing Director Raju Radha after extensive negotiations with Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC Managing Director Gerard Ondaatjie last week arrived at a settlement out of court to end a long standing dispute amiably over the premises on Nawam Mawatha, Colombo 2.

The terms of execution has been submitted to court which is in force now.

The counsel appearing for Green Lanka Property Developer Ltd., was Faizer Mustapha and Harsha Amarasekara, and MIF PLC Legal General Manager Jayanka Kahawevithana appeared for Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC.
