HSBC strategic partner for Daily FT-Colombo Uni. MBAA post-Budget forum

Global banking giant HSBC has come forward for the second consecutive year to be the strategic partner of the popular Daily FT-Colombo University MBA Alumni Association’s annual post-Budget forum, which will be held on Monday, 13 November at the Cinnamon Grand Oak Room l from 2.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera will be the Chief Guest at the forum and Deputy Finance Minister Eran Wickramaratne will be the Guest of Honour.

Focusing on how the 2018 Budget and the Government’s macroeconomic policies can help achieve the twin goals of boosting exports and Foreign Direct Investments, the forum will have one of the most sought after panel of experts. It includes the World Bank Country Director Idah Pswarayi-Riddihough, IMF Resident Representative Eteri Kvintradze and HSBC Sri Lanka and Maldives CEO Mark Prothero.
