Harin leads SL tourism push in China

Tourism Minister Harin Fernando participated at the Guangzhou International Tourism Trade Exhibition, the leading tourism trade exhibition held in South China. Guangzhou is noted as the third-highest city that generated Chinese tourists visiting Sri Lanka beg the pandemic. Minister Fernando is in the country, leading a multi-city roadshow in China, along with Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) Chairman Chalaka Gajabahu and over 20 travel companies and industry representatives. He also spoke to several leading Chinese news agencies to woo more Chinese tourists over the next few months
