KPMG Managing Partner Reyaz Mihular yesterday quipped that a takeover of the Government by business tycoons Harry Jayawardena and Dhammika Perera can fix all the problems faced by Sri Lanka during his firm’s post-Budget Forum. His witty remark was following a frank outburst by Jayawardena as a panellist at the forum. Dhammika Perera is on record that if he is Treasury Secretary he could fix most pressing socio-economic ills.
