Harsha, 1990 Suwa Seriya win ASEAN honour

Non-Cabinet Minister Dr. Harsha de Silva, who has been championing the successful 1990 Suwa Seriya ambulance service, has been unanimously elected as the Vice Chair of ASEAN WHO Regional Network for Road Safety Legislators and as an ex-officio member of the Council of Global Network #MPs4RoadSafety.
