Human Capital Summit report presented to President

President Ranil Wickremesinghe was presented with the report of findings from the “National Human Capital Summit 2024” by representatives of its organising committee yesterday.

The report was compiled by Deloitte Sri Lanka based on the deliberations at the summit.

A concept of President Ranil Wickremesinghe, the initial summit was held in 2016 followed by the 2024 summit which discussed the talent development and retention needs of the country in vital sectors of Tourism, Financial, Public Sector, IT and start-ups. The event was in collaboration with Daily FT, Board of Investment, HRP, Port City Colombo, Deloitte and KPMG.
