The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) announced that the deadline for final tax payment of year of assessment 2023/24 will be today (30 September 2024).
The IRD is urging all taxpayers to comply accordingly with failure to do so resulting in penalties and interest charges which will not be waived off or reduced.
It is also reminding tax payers to clear all outstanding default taxes on or before 30 October.
After that date, any unpaid default taxes will be subject to rigorous collection actions, including legal proceedings.
