The world’s first calculator to check one’s worth at work has been launched by Ranjeewa Kulatunga, an acknowledged global human resource and organisational development thought leader.
“This unique world’s first intervention www.knowyourworthtoday.com is designed to help the global workforce to know their true worth in the world of work and their earning potential in a flash,” said Founder, Managing Director and Chief Disrupter Kulatunga, who has influenced 45 nationalities in 27 countries spanning four continents.
Kulatunga is also the Director/Chief Consultant of IIHRM, the award winning globally exposed and technologically exposed HR consultancy house in Sri Lanka.
‘www.KnowYourWorthTODAY.com’ (KYW) was formally launch and introduced to the world at the Nelum Pokuna theatre in Colombo recently.
Kulatunga said: “People around the world are in a relentless pursuit for career-oriented education with families making life-long sacrifices to ensure their loved ones reap bountiful returns. But then, a clear majority of us never truly gets there. Simply because people just don’t know their true worth based on their education, qualifications, skills and market potential.”
The grand launch coincided with the migration symposium ‘Living in Australia’ which was hosted by the Australian Migration Consultants (AMC).
Many global players such as IPMA-HR.USA Alumni in SL, Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL.USA) the undisputed leader in leader transformation for FORTUNE 1,000 companies world over; AIHR.Europe, the leading HR brand in Europe affiliated with SHRM.USA, were amongst the global players who supported the launch.
‘With KYW at your fingertips, you need no one, like the way you get a valuation for a vehicle or a house, this is the only place in the world for you to know your true worth in the world of work and say no to labour exploitation in the world and especially at this moment in time, this is an instrument all Sri Lankans,” said IIHRM base in South Africa Global Team Lead for Guest Experience Marius Van Stedan.
