Longer wait for State Ministers?

The appointment and swearing-in ceremony of the new set of State Ministers which was scheduled for today is unlikely to take place, official sources said.

They said that the event could take place either tomorrow or Wednesday. 

On Friday, newly-elected President Gotabaya Rajapaksa appointed 16 new Cabinet Ministers and it was stated that the State Ministers will be appointed today.
