Luxury shuttle service to improve airport accessibility

Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) yesterday announced the launch of a new luxury shuttle service, aimed at offering passengers and visitors a premium travel experience. 

The service, introduced in collaboration with the Transport and Highways Ministry, is part of an ongoing effort to enhance accessibility and convenience for those travelling to and from the airport. The luxury bus service provides a seamless connection between BIA and Colombo City, operating daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Key stops along the route include Port City, Colombo Fort Railway Station, Colombo Main Bus Stop and the Makumbura Multimodal Transport Centre.

Designed to reduce travel stress and improve airport access, the service ensures a comfortable and efficient transit for passengers and the general public alike, further elevating the experience of traveling through BIA.
