The Chief Prelates of the three Chapters yesterday called for urgent political consensus to resolve the impasse.

They warned that the security of the country and the public are in grave danger and the party leaders must convene in Parliament immediately to come to an amicable political solution within the framework of democracy.

They also requested the public to refrain from damaging public property.
