The National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak has introduced an online solution to request essential supplies including medical supplies in an emergency and to report about a patient with COVID-19 symptoms or if you think you might have associated a COVID-19 patient or a community or if you came from a foreign country during the last 14 days via rakemuapi.cmb.ac.lk.
