Muslims in the Cabinet is not a KPI

Race and religion should not be criteria for selecting Cabinet members. There is no need for a quota system here, be it for the minority or majority.
We should not even be thinking along such racial lines.
The Election results in the North and East demonstrate the hard-fought unity that Sri Lanka has achieved.
Let’s not allow those who use race and religion to create tension and conflict to rise again.
