New Board at EDB

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, in his capacity as the Finance, Economic Development, Policy Formulation, Planning and Tourism Minister, has appointed a new Board of Directors for the Export Development Board (EDB).

The following individuals have been appointed to the EDB’s Board:

N.B. Karunaratne, in place of I. Malwatte

H.T. Chaminda, in place of J. Fernando

C. Udawatte, in place of S. Lawrence

B. Liyanage

H. Ashraff

Dr. (Eng.) N.C. Sapumanage

The appointments, effective immediately, come under Section 4 (1) (a) of the Sri Lanka Export Development Board Act, No. 40 of 1979.
