Norway’s Viking Neptune calls at Colombo port

The Norwegian-owned Viking Cruise line’s “Viking Neptune” super luxury cruise ship recently made her maiden call at the Port of Colombo (POC), marking a significant occasion. With 847 passengers on board, the vessel made Colombo an ideal destination for her passengers to visit several parts of the island.

The last port of call for the vessel was, Penang, Malaysia, with Cochin, India, being the next port of call. Lanka Shipping and Logistics. acts the local agent for the vessel. Nirmal de Silva, Lanka Shipping and Logistics Managing Director Ananda Senanyake, Executive Director Trilan Perera, and General Manager Saman Anderawewa were also present.
