Overseas Realty Group brings expertise to Port City Colombo Duty Free Mall with facility management appointment

CHEC Port City Colombo, recently joined hands signing an agreement with Realty Management Services Ltd. (RMS), a fully own subsidiary of Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC, to enhance facility management operations of the first downtown duty-free mall in Sri Lanka. 

Under the terms of the agreement, Realty Management Services will provide a comprehensive suite of facility management to Port City Colombo, which includes MEP and soft services.
